Our prints are made in FRANCE by a small art silkscreen workshop (between Nantes and Angers).
All pieces are individually hand-printed. Each print is unique and different, depending on the artist's intention and the reaction of the inks.

How do I place an order?
Browse our products and place items in your shopping cart. You can then proceed to checkout where you can either pay as a guest or create an account for future orders.

What happens once I have placed an order?
Once your order has been completed and we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation e-mail, informing you that your order is being processed. Goods are usually dispatched within 15 working days of order confirmation. As mentioned above, we manufacture the garments to order, so we don't hold any stock. These are artistic, handmade products.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us immediately by e-mail. If the item has not been shipped, we will do our best to help you.

Do I have to pay customs/import charges?
No charges are payable on orders delivered within the EU. For orders sent to EU 27 countries, we have already paid the import tax and you do not need to pay it again.

Orders sent to other countries may be taxed at standard rates.

Can I track my order online?
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an e-mail with your tracking number, and you can track it at www.17track.net

Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our workshop in France.

When will I receive my parcel?
About the United States: delivery takes approximately 2 to 3 working weeks;

About the UK: delivery time is about 2 to 3 weeks;

About Europe and other countries: delivery time varies from country to country, depending on the efficiency and speed of your postal service. Delivery takes about 2 to 3 weeks.

What happens if I cannot select my country or region at checkout?
If you cannot select your country or region at checkout, this means that standard delivery is not available to that country or region. Delivery options for these countries or regions are therefore generally disabled. However, we can still use FedEx to complete the shipment, which will incur additional shipping costs, please contact our customer service for details, and they will help you complete the order.

My order is still showing as "In Transit" for several days.
Orders will remain in "In Transit" status until they reach the next shipping location. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, packages may not be updated for several days. If your package has remained "In Transit" for more than 10 days since the last tracking update, please contact us to investigate your package further.

International order blocked, held or verification required.
When you place an international order, the destination country may ask you to verify order and consignee information. This is the most common reason why your order is not forwarded or held at customs. The customer may be required to provide the shipper and/or the country with an invoice/proof of purchase and/or identity verification. The REDSTONE order confirmation e-mail should be able to be used as invoice/proof of purchase. Each country's shipping policies are subject to change and REDSTONE would not be able to provide specific information on your country's policies or processes. If we notice that a package is not moving, REDSTONE may proactively attempt to resolve these issues.

Why has my order been split into two or more packages?
We will make a partial shipment of your order under the following conditions:

- The items are in different warehouses.

- Items on clearance or sale require extra preparation time.

- Customs or mail weight limits.

You will receive an e-mail notification when each parcel is dispatched.

My tracking information indicates that my parcel has been delivered, but I haven't received it.
Before continuing, please make sure you have checked your letterbox and asked your neighbors if they have received your parcel in error. For further details, please contact the shipping company or click on the "Contact us" button below.

My tracking information indicates that an attempt to deliver my package has failed. What should I do now?
Usually, this is due to an incomplete/incorrect delivery address or the transport company not having access to the delivery location. Please contact the transport company to arrange redelivery of your parcel.

Why was my package returned to sender?
This is usually due to an incomplete/incorrect shipping address or the shipping company not having access to the delivery location. If your shipment tracking information indicates "Returned to Sender", please click on the "Contact Us" button below for a reshipment or refund of your order.

Note: Please provide your correct shipping address when contacting us for a reshipment.

Can I return an item?
You can return unwanted items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them. And send an e-mail to our customer service department.

When will I receive my refund?
We will process your return the same day we receive your items. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email (please check your spam folder!) Your refund will come back via the payment method you used when you placed your order. Your bank will process the refund within 5-10 working days, so please be patient.

What should I do if I receive my order, but the product is damaged?
If you receive a defective item, don't worry. Please contact us immediately. We will immediately exchange it for you.

What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, don't worry. Please contact us and include your order number and e-mail address. We'll take care of it for you.

I'm missing an item. What should I do?
If you are missing an item from your order, this is probably due to the fact that your order was shipped in separate packages. If this is the case, please check your e-mail, as we will have informed you by e-mail of the status of your order. (Don't forget to check your junk mail folder in case it's in there!) If you still haven't received your complete order, please contact us.

Have you returned several orders in one parcel?
Please do not group returns like this in the future as it can lead to long delays and incorrect credit. In the event that they have missed an item, please contact us and include the order number and the item(s) missed.

Received less credit than expected?
Upon receipt of your return package, our returns processing team will inspect all garments for stains, holes, defects and wear. If an item is identified as damaged, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your return.

Why have I received a partial refund after placing my order?
One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed.

Can I apply for more than one discount code after placing my order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order and cannot be changed once the order has been placed. However, you can combine a discount code and a gift card on the same order.

Why is my discount code not accepted?
Discount codes are only available for a limited time. If the discount code is no longer available, our system will not allow you to add it to your order. Discount codes may also not apply if the items in your basket do not meet the discount code criteria.

My credit card has been declined.
If your payment fails or is declined when you try to complete your purchase, you will be given the opportunity to enter a new card number or choose another payment method before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, REDSTONE does not know the reason for the payment refusal. We suggest you contact your financial institution directly to obtain details of your refused payment.
